STAAH recently integrated with booking.com API for review collection. Property subscribing to ReviewMinder can reply via ReviewMinder using the ‘Reply Via Channel’ button.
We are pleased to advise feature is now also available via ReviewMinder APP.
Other than the above, we have also added a couple of additional enhancements.

- Same concept as feature found in ReviewMinder
- Login to APP > Feedback
- Reviews via Booking.com
- Click on ‘Reply’ button
- A text box will appear
- Enter reply
- Click on Save

- If not logged in to Expedia extranet, when you click on ‘Reply via channel’ button, you will be diverted to Expedia extranet login page
- If you need to reply to multiple Expedia reviews, you only need to log in once. Once logged in, each time you click on ‘Reply button’, auto diverted to Expedia Reviews page
- If already logged in to Expedia extranet, when you click on ‘Reply via channel’, you will be auto diverted to Expedia Reviews page

Where? ReviewMinder > Overall Reports > Select Reports > Most Recent Reviews > Select Status
Sentiments are based on rating (As below)
Positive: > 3 (Reviews with rating more than 3 are considered as Positive)
Neutral: > 2 & < 3 (Reviews with rating greater than 2 and less than 3 are considered as Neutral)
Negative: < 2 (Reviews with rating less than 2 are considered as Negative)
