How Do I Re-Post A Booking?

All Bookings received through the channel manager are stored in STAAH and posted to your property management system (PMS), given that your PMS supports this functionality.

If for any reason, you have not received the booking in your PMS and you can see the booking in STAAH, you are able to repost the booking yourself, by clicking the ‘Re-Post’ link in the BOOKINGS tab.
