Mark a Credit Card as Invalid?

This feature is only available to Bookings made through The ‘Report Invalid Credit Card‘ option will appear within the Booking along with the Payment Details.

Login to STAAH > go to BOOKINGS > find the booking > click BOOKING NO.

Clicking the ‘Report Invalid Credit Card’ will alert to get in touch with the guest.
