How Do I Mark A Guest As No-Show?

This feature is only available to Bookings made through Booking.com.

The ‘Mark No-show‘ option will appear post check-in date and be available for 48 hours only.  If this icon is not available, this would indicate that it is before the check-in date or past the 48 hour threshold.

Clicking the ‘Mark No-show’ will alert Booking.com that the guest has not arrived and change the Booking Status to cancelled.

Once a booking has been marked as no show, this cannot be changed.
