How can I get Credit Card Details?

For all bookings that retrieve into the Channel Manager, credit card details are stored in the BOOKING tab, if these details are sent to us by the channel. These details are protected and may be accessed by the authorized person using the designated access key.

Login to STAAH > go to BOOKINGS > Find your booking > click Booking No.  Here, you can retrieve the credit card number of your booker.

The pop-up window will allow you to access credit card information by using the access key.

Properties have the option to delete the credit card details should they want to do so. However, once deleted, these details cannot be re-instated. By default, STAAH stores credit card details for upto 24 hours post check-out.

The authorized staff may manually record or screen shot credit card details for processing, as required. As per PCI regulations (STAAH is PCI certified), we are not able to email you any credit card details, neither will they be displayed on the print out of a booking. Details of credit cards can be pushed to PMS that are PCI compliant and certified only.
